弹性合金elastic alloy精密合金的一类,用于制作精密仪器仪表中弹性敏感元件、储能元件和频率元件等弹性元件。弹性合金除了具有良好的弹性性能外,还具有无磁性、微塑性变形抗力高、硬度高、电阻率低、弹性模量温度系数低和内耗小等性能。
弹性合金包括fe-ni-cr系、ni-ct系、ni-cr-nb系、ni-co-cr系、nb-ti系、fe-ni-co系等。 此外,实际常用的还有铜基合金,如锡磷青铜、铍青铜等。 弹性合金用于精密仪表中的弹性敏感元件、储能元件和频率元件。
它一般分为高弹性合金和恒弹性合金,前者要求具有高的弹性极限、低的滞弹性效应,耐热性好,可在较高的温度下工作;后者要求在一定的温度范围内弹性模量几乎不随温度变化。
此外,铜基弹性合金应用也很普遍,这类合金的特点是无磁和导电良好。锡磷青铜主要用于导电性能良好的弹簧接触片或其他弹簧、精密仪表中的耐磨和抗磁弹性元件等。铍青铜用于制造重要的弹簧和弹性元件,由于其弹性模量低,而弹性极限又相对的高,故在制作膜片、膜盒、波纹管及微型开关方面,得到广泛应用。弹性合金一般都在真空中冶炼,半成品或成品元件亦多在真空或保护气氛中进行热处理。
